Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We endeavour to offer only the best quality products and we back all items with our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We provide our customers with quality products that have a life time guarantee, the best products to fulfill their needs and to provide a smooth and speedy service.

The Customer Helpline on +44 (0)121 4531194 will be open Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm , except for Bank Holidays. As we often work late and over the weekend - we are happy to accept calls any time between 8am and 10 pm including weekends. Calls are charged at the standard rate.

An answerphone service is provided at all other times - please leave your name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible. As a small company, we often work late into evenings and during weekends - longer than the above stated hours - and you may find that you can contact us outside the hours given above. If we are unable to take your call, we will return it at the earliest opportunity.
